I don't think there are enough positive things to say about John. If you've begun looking for a home (especially if it's your first home), you know how daunting the task can be. In our case, we were first-time home buyers, had a unique list of "musts", and were overwhelmed to say the least. I stumbled into Lois Lane because they had a house listed that we were interested in. From the moment we sat down and began talking about expectations, needs, wants, etc. I immediately felt at ease. John took us out a few times. The day we found our house, it was a cold, rainy, early Saturday morning. We, of course, had to see it 3 times before we made the decision to submit an offer. John walked us through the entire process and was even able to champion more money for us in the closing. The next time I have real estate needs, I will absolutely be calling John.
